I have seen many money related issues where corporations, small and big, try to bend their own rules to keep the cash with them and not crediting the customers with the legitimate discount/credit/cash-back they deserve.

You buy an insurance and hope that everything will be fine and when you want to claim you are given a very cold response and nobody is interested in handling your case and weeks after weeks nothing happens.

There are many such instances and people want to know where they can go to get help? Should they find a reporter, hire a lawyer or do something else?
